WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of David Jacobowitch to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 839 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until
1) June 10, 2015 for the sanitation issue and if not in compliance, and if not addressed, grant until July 1 to vacate the property;
2) June 19, 2015 for repairs requiring permits (Items 4, 5, 6, 7 and 12), and if not in compliance, grant until July 10 to vacate the property; and
3) June 30, 2015 for the remaining items, and if not in compliance, grant until July 21 to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
