Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Public Works Solid Waste and Recycling Fund in the amount of $177,120 for an increased allocation amount for SCORE grant funds from Ramsey County to support the recycling program.

Body

WHEREAS, the request of the SCORE grant funds from Ramsey County was approved with RES PH 14-316 in the amount of $ 590,554,

WHEREAS, there was an increase of $177,120 in the allocation amount that was awarded to the City of Saint Paul bringing the awarded amount to $767,647; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $177,120 in excess of those estimated in the 2015 budget; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby approves the changes to the 2015 budget as outlined in the attached Financial Analysis.
