Approving adverse action against the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Add'l Vehicle license applications submitted by The Tree & Stump Co., Inc.

WHEREAS, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Add'l Vehicle license applications submitted by The Tree & Stump Co., Inc. d/b/a The Tree & Stump Co., Inc. (License ID #20140001266) for the City of Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses dated May 15, 2015, stating that the applicant had not obtained a vehicle inspection approval and submitted the remaining information which was needed to finish processing the application; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses to obtain vehicle inspection approval and submit the remaining required information, request a public or administrative hearing or withdraw the license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses stated that if the applicant failed to obtain vehicle inspection approval and submit the remaining required information, request a public or administrative hearing or withdraw the license application by May 25, 2015, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Add'l Vehicle license applications submitted by The Tree & Stump Co., Inc. d/b/a The Tree & Stump Co., Inc. are hereby denied.
