Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed November 12 to December 29, 2014. (File No. J1505E, Assessment No. 158307)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-356 accepted the Report of Completion for Emergency Boarding and/or Securing of a Structure on Private Properties during the month of January 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 3, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 15-233: 674 Burr Street/492 Beaumont Street;
RLH TA 15-240: 1737 Bush Avenue;
RLH TA 15-239: 693 Case Avenue;
RLH TA 15-244: 123 Cook Avenue West;
RLH TA 15-262: 54 Delos Street West (include 56 Delos Street West);
RLH TA 15-238: 1033 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-251: 134 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 15-241: 1718 Montana Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-242: 1064 Rose Avenue East;
RLH TA 15-254: 1261 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 15-234: 1181 Westminster Street;
RLH TA 15-178: 343 Winifred Street East; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
