Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement PW 2015-01R with Ramsey County for the reconstruction of Randolph Avenue between Brimhall Street and Syndicate Street.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct Randolph Avenue between Brimhall Street and Syndicate Street; and
WHEREAS, Randolph Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 38 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW 2015-01R defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2015-01R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
