Purpose of Appeal: Unable to comply with corrections due to financial constraints. Was unable to meet with inspector on 4/2/15 due to sudden out-of-town travel to check on parents. Additionally, tenant renting property is disabled and would need more time to vacate building.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Delores S. Caldwell to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1867 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until May 15 June 1, 2015 for tenant to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
