The attached financial analysis moves Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into three (3) project specific codes to reflect City council action adopted via Resolutions #15-165, #15-407 and #15-437.  In addition, an accounting adjustment is needed to correctly reflect the funding as a loan for a 2014 Neighborhood STAR project.
