WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul and the City of Scandia desire to enter into an agreement whereby St. Paul will provide the City of Scandia with street lighting infrastructure maintenance services as requested by City of Scandia and City of Scandia will pay St. Paul for the services; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
