Be it resolved that upon completion of the necessary documents, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay out of Public Works tort account 1-23031301-74205-3123090000-74205, the sum of $22,465.12 to CMR Claims Department as the agent of Century Link, to resolve a property damage claim that occurred on the 7th day of June, 2013 at or near the intersection of James Avenue and Lexington Parkway, Saint Paul, MN when an underground cable was struck.
