Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-2248 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for lantern style lighting installed on Jefferson Avenue from Lexington Avenue to 7^th Street West in conjunction with the bicycle facility improvements along Jefferson Avenue from Mississippi River Blvd. to Shepard Road; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 18, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
