WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Daniel Veesenmeyer to a Summary and Vehicle Abatement Order at 171 GRANITE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until December 19, 2014 to address the exterior nuisance conditions per Summary and Vehicle Abatements Orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants an extension until May 1, 2015 to address the exterior nuisance conditions per Summary and Vehicle Abatements Orders .
