Appeal of Benjamin Murphy to an Enforcement Notice at 996 IVY AVENUE EAST.
 
Date/Time of 1st LH:  November 25, 2014, 11:00 a.m.
Purpose of Appeal:  I called the City to ask if it was okay to have a large storage trailer in my driveway of my new home while I made reparations to the house.  I was told I could, then received an enforcement notice.  I just want some additional time to get work done at the house prior to having the trailer removed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Benjamin Murphy to an Enforcement Notice at 996 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until January 1, 2015 to remove the commercial semi trailer from the driveway; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
