Amending Council File RLH RR 14-5 and RLH RR 14-17 to grant Jose Amaya a final extension to complete the rehabilitation of property at 444 BEACON AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on April 16, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH RR 14-5, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Substantial Abatement Order for property at 444 Beacon Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on July 23, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH RR 14-17, said Resolution being an extension for the completion of the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 444 Beacon Avenue;
\WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant a final 30 days for the rehabilitation or razing of the structure, based on a review of financing and bids; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the code compliance inspection report; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted and additional 30 days.
