RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Rafael Angel Diaz and his attorney, Chris Ritts, Dunlap & Ritts, P.A., the total sum of Forty-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($42,500.00) in full and final settlement in civil court file no. 14-CV-136 (ADM/FLN) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on February 5, 2012.
