Authorizing the Police Department to accept a donation from A & M Business Interiors for furnishing meeting rooms in the district offices.
Body
WHEREAS, A & M Business Interiors would like to donate thirty-two chairs to the City of Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD); and
WHEREAS, the SPPD would like to accept this unsolicited donation with an estimated value of $500.00 (five-hundred dollars); and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to provide furnishings for meeting rooms in the Police Department district meeting room areas; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this generous donation and extends its sincere thanks to A & M Business Interiors.
