RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the classification of DSI Fire Safety Inspector III be changed from that set forth in Grade 42 to that set forth in Grade 42L of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical Salary Schedule, to support retention and recruitment for this job classification, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the change in the rate of pay will be retroactive to 9/7/2013.
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
