WHEREAS on September 17, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-60, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling services from May 3 to 23, 2014 at 432 FRONT AVENUE. (File No. J1410P, Assessment No. 148409); and
WHEREAS, the property at 432 Front Avenue, being described as: Robert A Smiths Rearran gem Lots 11 Thru Lot 23 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-31-0012 was assessed an amount of $195.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there is a waiver on file; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $195.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-60 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
