Comments:  Re-inspection on 4/15/14, inspector noted that work was not completed; only furnace area was cleared.  Re-inspection on 5/22/14, inspector noted that S and SE ends of basement needed to be de-cluttered; scheduled re-inspection for one month.
On 6/25/14, re-inspection was rescheduled due to water in the basement.  Re-inspection done on 7/25/14 and found to be in compliance; file was closed.
History of Orders on Property:  Ongoing issues with exterior maintenance and previous complaint on interior of basement.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Excessive Use of Inspection services during April 1 to May 21, 2014. (File No. J1501E, Assessment No. 158300) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
 
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby ratified and payable in one installment.
