WHEREAS on July 9, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-37, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the month of January 2014. (File No. 1406T, Assessment No. 149006); and
WHEREAS, the property at 989 Minnehaha Avenue East, being described as: Terry's Addition to the City of St Paul. County of Ramsey. State of Minn. Lot 23 Blk 21, with the property identification number 28-29-22-34-0105 was assessed an amount of $1,040.14; and
WHEREAS, the Forestry Department found a calculation error and recommends reducing the assessment from $1,040.14 to $537.57 ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 14-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
