Amending Council File RLH RR 14-5, adopted April 16, 2014, to grant Jose Amaya an additional extension for property at 444 BEACON AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on April 16, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH RR 14-5, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Substantial Abatement Order for property at 444 Beacon Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant 90 days for the rehabilitation or razing of the structure; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the code compliance inspection report; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the file, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional time; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted and additional 90 days.
