WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 14-1120 accepted the Report of Completion for installation of a storm sewer service connection at 24 E. Fourth Street.
Preliminary Order: RES 14-1087 Approved: 07/09/2014
Final Order: RES PH 14-180 Approved: 08/06/2014
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 20, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
