Body

WHEREAS on May 7, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-77, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees billed October 29 to December 9, 2013 at 1012 Albemarle Street. (File No. CRT1408, Assessment No. 148208); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1012 Albemarle Street, being described as: Auerbach & Hand's Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 15 Blk 42, with the property identification number 25-29-23-14-0049 was assessed an amount of $325.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as payment was already received by Department of Safety and Inspections; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $325.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 14-17 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
