Body

WHEREAS, Complete Beverage Service, Inc., d/b/a Seventh Street Social (License ID #20110004795) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at for the premises located at 2176 - 7^th Street West in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the licensee currently has a Liquor On Sale 100 Seats or less, a Liquor On Sale - Sunday and an Entertainment (B) license; and

WHEREAS, the licensee submitted a "Good Faith" letter indicating they were able to obtain seven (7) out of nine (9) possible signatures for a seventy-eight (78) per cent support of their petition; and

WHEREAS,  Highland District Council sent a letter to DSI recommending a waiver of the 45-day waiting period to add the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Complete Beverage Service, Inc., d/b/a Seventh Street Social (License ID #20110004795) for the premises located at for the premises located at 2176 - 7^th Street West in Saint Paul.
