Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into a joint powers agreement with the University of Minnesota to provide fire, emergency ambulance, and paramedic services; and hazardous materials response.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute fire, emergency ambulance and paramedic service, and hazardous materials response joint powers agreement with the University of Minnesota provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement which includes an indemnification clause, is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
