Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $ 30,244 in Trunk Highway Financing to reimburse the City for additional expenditures.
Body
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works entered into Agreement 01637 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN/DOT), and
WHEREAS, the agreement was authorized by City Council under RES 12-2376, and
WHEREAS, Supplement #1 to the original agreement adds Trunk Highway financing to the 35E/Cayuga project due to the additional expense to the City for a BNSF Railway Pipeline License, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available additional funds of $ 30,244 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 30,244.00 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
