IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into MnDOT Cooperative Construction Agreement 05185 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of costs for refurbishing aesthetic metal bridge railing and aesthetic bridge lighting in conjunction of the bituminous mill, bituminous surfacing, concrete surfacing, concrete pavement rehabilitation, bridge approach panels, railing and lighting on Bridges No. 9300, 9489, 9490, and 9491 upon, along and adjacent to TH 5 from 0.18 miles north of TH 55 to 0.16 miles south of Davern Street under State Project No. 6201-86 (TH 5=111)
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
