WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Gary T Walker to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1011 VICTORIA STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to allow owner to continue to be in the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program if he has his permit finaled by April 1, 2014.  If not, he will be referred to the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
