Appeal of William Wilson to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 801 ARMSTRONG AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
The correction notice requires a new roof and major repairs to the property in one month. More importantly, the stated deficiencies are factually incorrect. The roof is older, but "weather tight", and the porch is not actively pulling away from the building. Both have passed home inpection when I bought the property, and previous C of Occupancy inspections. There was no mention of these issues in prior Certificates of Occupancy.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of William Wilson to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 801 ARMSTRONG AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 1, 2015 for completion of the exterior orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
