WHEREAS on June 5, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-40, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection Services from August 31 to December 31, 2012. (File No. J1304E, Assessment No. 138304); and
WHEREAS, the property at 0 Webster Street, being described as: Stinson Brown Ramseys Add N 3o 5/1o Ft Of S 126 9/1o Ft Of W 9o Ft Of Part E Of Webster St Of Blk 30, with the property identification number 12-28-23-23-0106 was assessed an amount of $85.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as the work was done by the owner and it was illegal dumping; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $85.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-40 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
