WHEREAS on January 18, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No RLH AR 11-130, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the months August and September 2011. (File No. 1202T, Assessment No. 129001); and
WHEREAS, the property at 140 Isabel Street East, being described as: West St Paul Blks 1 thru 99 W 1/2 of Lot 9 and Lot 10 Blk 49, with the property identification number 08-28-22-21-0041 was assessed an amount of $1,005.18; and
WHEREAS, Forestry recommended deleting the assessment as it was made in error. Real Estate will abate from the 2013 Tax Statement; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 11-130 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
