Purpose of Appeal
Application for acceptance as student housing (by St. Thomas) was filled out and mailed August 2012 but never received by City of St. Paul. We've rented to students since 9/2002 as supported by John Hershey, liaison officer to St. Thomas.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Dale and Nancy Lapakko to a Notice of Incomplete Student Housing Registration Application at 2075 DAYTON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
