Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing this because I'm currently laid off from construction and can't afford to pay to get my driver's license till I find employment. I checked on purchasing tabs, but can't get them without a drivers license. I can possibly get my license back in a month or so. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Darrell Kowarsch to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 241 SIDNEY STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until May 1, 2013 to bring the vehicles into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
