Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection Services billed from September 4 to October 24, 2012. (File No. J1303E, Assessment No. 138303)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 13-45 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Service for Property Code Violations billed during the time period of September 4 to October 24, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 3, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 13-133: 286 Bates Avenue;
RLH TA 13-134: 1205 Beech Street;
RLH TA 13-118: 670 Bellows Street;
RLH TA 13-138: 345 Case Avenue;
RLH TA 13-129: 847 Ivy Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-135: 323 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-120: 559 Lawson Avenue;
RLH TA 13-169: 874 Marion Street;
RLH TA 13-132: 1686 Orange Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-131: 1383 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 13-169: 1620 Seventh Street East
RLH TA 13-136: 2196 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 13-128: 1763 Thomas Avenue; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
