WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Toua Yang to a Summary Abatement Order at 35 WHITE BEAR AVENUE SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until March 15, 2013 to move the chicken coop to the back yard or tear it down; grant until February 25, 2013 to move the scrap wood, pallets and doors into the garage; and recommendation forthcoming on the tent issue with a legislative hearing scheduled March 26, 2013 on the issue; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
