WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Add'l Vehicle license applications submitted by Tree Top Clearing, Inc. d/b/a Tree Top Service (License ID #20120001332) for the City of Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses dated January 25 2013, alleging the licensee failed to obtain the required inspection approvals for the vehicle(s) to be used in the operation of the business; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses to obtain the required vehicle inspection approvals, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to obtain the required vehicle inspection approvals, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by February 4, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Tree Trimmer & 1 Vehicle and Tree Trimmer - Each Add'l Vehicle license applications submitted by Tree Top Clearing, Inc. d/b/a Tree Top Service are hereby denied.
