Approving adverse action against the Mobile Food Vehicle license application submitted by Obedo Normil.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Mobile Food Vehicle license application submitted by Obedo Normil d/b/a Obedo Normil (License ID #20120002638) for the City of Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Deny License dated January 24, 2013, alleging the licensee failed to obtain a DSI Zoning Section Inspection approval for the storage/parking location of the vehicle when it is not in use; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by February 4, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mobile Food Vehicle license application submitted by Obedo Normil d/b/a Obedo Normil is hereby denied.
