WHEREAS, on November 7, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 12-588, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 723 Sims Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant the appeal to get out of the Fire C of O Program; however, the owner must bring the dryer vent issue into compliance under permit in four months; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional two months extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to May 7, 2012.
