Ratifying the assessments for Boarding and/or Securing Services during September 2012. (File No. J1304B, Assessment No. 138103)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-2056 accepted the Report of Completion for Emergency Boarding or Securings and/or Boarding of Vacant Buildings during the month of September 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 20, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following which will be considered separately
RLH TA 13-XXX: 903 Beech Street (to be referred back to Legislative Hearing on March 5 and City Council Public Hearing on March 20); and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment.
