WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 13-263 accepted the Report of Completion the sidewalk reconstruction on the north side of Kellogg Blvd. E. between Cedar St. and Minnesota St. at 65 E. Kellogg Blvd.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 20, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
