WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for alley improvements in Clark's subdivision, Block 50 (bounded by Milton, Victoria, Hatch, and Orchard), (RES 13-145); and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2013 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for the construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal annual installments.
