Ratifying the assessments for construction of sanitary sewer service connections as requested by the property owners in connection with the Ruth Street, Upper Afton to Burns construction project. (File No. 19106C, Assmt. No. 136004)

WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for the construction of sanitary sewer service connections and/or storm sewer stubs at the request of property owners in connection with the Ruth Street, Upper Afton to Burns construction project (RES 13-135); and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2013 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for the construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal annual installments.
