Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services billed from May 2 to June 1, 2012. (File No. CRT1301, No. 138200)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1713 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during the time period of May 2 to June 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 2, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
TA 12-540 - 1694 Ames Avenue;
TA 12-541 - 344 Jenks Avenue
TA 12-539 - 1581 Payne Avenue;
TA 12-543 - 412 Pierce Street;
TA 12-542 - 848/850 Randolph Avenue; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
