Note, on September 4, the Council ordered this property removed with no option for rehabilitation. However, this, in and of itself, does not preclude the issuance of a building permit. Therefore, I'm accepting the appeal, but it may be moot if the building is no longer standing.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mohammed Shahidullah to a Code Compliance Report at 1132 CENTRAL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
