RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, City Attorney's Office is authorized to enter into the attached Joint Powers Agreement, with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for distribution of Network Communications.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that council accepts this Joint Powers Agreement and authorizes the City of Saint Paul - City Attorney's Office to enter into and implement the agreement with the State of Minnesota.
