WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1373 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Services for Property Code Violations billed from April 6 to May 24, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 17, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 12-495 - 918 Case Avenue;
RLH TA 12-486 - 659/661 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-494 - 1845 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-436 - 301 Hoyt Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-487 - 873 Jenks Avenue;
RLH TA 12-419 - 594 Lafond Avenue;
RLH TA 12-497 - 594 Lafond Avenue;
RLH TA 12-479 - 1032 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-490 - 842 Rice Street;
RLH TA 12-471 - 746 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 12-496 - 773 White Bear Avenue;
RLH TA 12-XXX - 670 Bellows Street - to be referred back to Legislative Hearing on November 6, 2012 and City Council Public Hearing on January 2, 2013; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
