Approving the revised City specifications for house drain contractors.

Whereas, House Drain Contractors are licensed to construct, repair and abandon private sewer services in St. Paul; and
Whereas, the Public Works Sewer Utility has established the City of Saint Paul Standard Specifications for Constructing and Repairing Private Sewer Connections governing how House Drain Contractors perform their work; and
Whereas, the existing specifications have been revised to include changes in construction practices and policy.
Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approve the revised City of Saint Paul Standard Specifications for Constructing and Repairing Private Sewer Connections dated September 20, 2012.
