Just got tenant out on June 5th. Started doing property evaluation w/field staff and listing agent to prepare property for sale in June & July. Inspection done July 13th. We need 30-60 more days to do repairs & cure deficiencies.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kerry Koller, Central Bank, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 293 BANFIL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and waive the vacant building fee until October 1, 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
