WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 12-1694 accepted the Report of Completion for the construction of two parking bays and a sidewalk along the west side of Prior Avenue No. between Ferona and Oakley Ave.
Preliminary Order: RES 12-1544 Approved: 08/15/2012
Final Order: RES PH 12-241 Approved: 09/05/2012
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
