RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000 to Keith Dawson and his attorney Eric Hageman, the total sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil court file no. 12-CV-96 (JRT/SER) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on August 29, 2009.
