Adopting the "2011 Stormwater Permit Annual Report."

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater discharge permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on January 21, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit an annual report; and
WHEREAS, in addition the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a council resolution adopting the annual report; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on this report on July 12, 2012; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the "2011 Stormwater Permit Annual Report" for submittal to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
